VIAIR 10000 Onboard Air System

The VIAIR Ultra Light Duty OBA is a small, compact air system that includes a 1-gallon tank and a 98C compressor, designed for everyday applications such as on-board air, suspension, and pneumatic tasks. It is not suitable for truck and jeep tires.

For air suspension, the Ultra Light Duty OBA is specially designed to support your vehicle's air suspension system, allowing you to improve ride comfort, adjust ride height, enhance handling and stability, reduce wear on components, or achieve the visual aesthetic you desire.

This system can also fill the air with an attention-grabbing sound with its ability to power air horns in an instant. Additionally, it can power light-duty pneumatic tools like sprays, drills, and mini impact wrenches.

With effortless operation, the Ultra Light Duty OBA can be connected directly to the battery or an appropriate power distribution point. The compressor leader hose can be connected to the tank or manifold, and the compressors will run off the pressure switch or be tied into the control system.

The system includes a 1.0-gallon VIAIR Air Tank, 98C VIAIR Air Compressor, Omega Bracket with Mounting Hardware, Pressure Switch (85 PSI on, 105 PSI off), 40-Amp Relay, 145 PSI Safety Valve, T-Fittings, Drain Cock, Compression Fitting, Plug, NPT to BSP adapters, 20ft. 16 Gauge Wire with Inline Fuse Holder, and an Accessory Airline.

The Ultra Light Duty OBA has a flow rate of 1.53 CFM and a duty cycle of 10% at 100 PSI. It is IP54 rated against dust and is suitable for on-road, off-road, and industrial applications.

Overall, the Ultra Light Duty OBA is ready to use, with a small hard mount air compressor and a 1-gallon tank, making it suitable for filling tanks, bags, air horns, and small auto tires. It can fulfill most light-duty pneumatic tasks and can fill a 1-gallon tank from 85 to 105 PSI in just 30 seconds.
